by In this particular episode, I discussed how our faith in God, willingness to heal and do our part in the process, and commitment to the healing process in general moves us forward. Not only does it move us forward, it assists us in reclaiming our power, SOUL, and identity so we will know we are enough. I also touched on some of the themes that were covered in my book entitled, “DIGGING DEEP DOWN IN THOSE ROOTS”, and intertwined how these themes affect black women, and women who are going through trials and tribulations in general.
