You are tired 🥱 of having one identity crisis to the next, feeling uncomfortable 😣, out of place, and having a false sense of fulfillment by hiding 🙈 behind every superficial thing that the human eye 👁 can see.

It’s not your fault that your trauma experiences from the valley of the toxic relationship you just left doesn’t matter to anyone but you.

But if anything, the more you hide behind superficial things, the deeper and more intense the pride is, and the more your true self gets buried.

And the more pride and idolatry that fills up in your heart, the more your true identity and authentic self is running 🏃🏿‍♀️ behind you.

You are working hard to hide in the background of the shadows of every material possession you can get your hand 🤚 on.

Buying everything you can get your hands 🙌 on doesn’t seem to be working. But what else can you do?

Your Trauma Experiences and life that existed in the valley of the toxic relationship you were in doesn’t matter. You have to do something.

If you can just find the right formula 🧮 to make yourself and others forget that trauma has taken over your identity, and that your whole world consists of managing symptoms from that valley that you just left, you would be on the right track.

You are putting everything on the line:  yourself, your children, your values, everything, to prove that you can fit into normal society, and assimilate the idea of self sufficiency without doing the work to reclaim your identity and birthright as a daughter of the King.

If you are worn out 🥱, and lose yourself in the process, it will be worth it. At least you will finally belong in society, and you won’t be required to do any work.

The irony of the situation is that the harder you work at going around the healing ❤️‍🩹 to reveal your true identity, the more depressed, hopeless, lost, confused, and unequipped to handle life outside the valley you become.

You cannot breathe 🧘‍♀️ from all the material possessions that are consuming your life. You are literally in a state of identity-crisis And confusion.

If God created us for a life of freedom and abundance, this couldn’t be what it looks like.

Running 🏃🏿‍♀️ and hiding 🙈 from your true identity makes that identity run after you.

Running 🏃🏿‍♀️ and placing your true identity and material possessions makes idolatry and emptiness run after you.

God created us out of life. And in that love, he gave us freedom.  And In that freedom, he gave us freewill.

Your identity matters to God.  Your Trauma matters.  Your children 👶 matter. Your Healing ❤️‍🩹 matters.

Your life experiences, including the toxic ☠️ relationship you were in, matters.

The same God who created every son and daughter on this earth is the same God that created you as his daughter and a woman of God.

Running 🏃🏿‍♀️ away from your identity in Christ creates an existential crisis, and in effect, a sense of feeling like you are lost in the woods 🌳.

You must know and live in the truth in order to be free. That is why your efforts to run 🏃🏿‍♀️ and hide behind people, places, and things are not working.

First, you have to identify the root issues of your self-sufficiency, pride, and avoidance.

Then, everything that needs to happen in order for you to walk in your true identity, authenticity, and freedom as a woman of God and daughter of the King 👑 , will fall in place.

In “Coming Out of the Valley”, you go deep by getting to the root of the matter. You deal with hard and necessary truths that exist outside of the valley of the toxic relationship you were in.

You grow because you are away from the surface of the spirit of avoidance, and dealing with life, conflict, and everything else that goes on in everyday life.
