Background on Tic-Tac-Toe Anyone?

As a kid growing up in the projects, we always played games to keep ourselves busy.  Some of my favorites were Captain, May I?, Red Light, Green Light, and It.  We also loved playing board games.  My cousin and I were a little jealous because the kids next door seemed to have all the best board games.  One of my favorites was Backgammon.

As adults, it is also important to create memories with our friends and and family.  Now that holiday time is upon us, this means getting together and playing the board games that we probably have stored away and collecting dust.  About a year ago, I saw an idea on Pinterest to create a tic-tac- toe board game.  It was one of those days that I was in the creative mode, and I was surfing Pinterest, as a lot of us do.  It took no time, and I had all the materials either here in the house, or right outside my front door!  The wood that I used was left over from the breakfast bar that my son and his friend built.  You can find that post here.
