Women’s Empowerment Expo Speaker

The Women’s Empowerment Expo was held September of 2019, at Evanston Vineyard Church, in Evanston, IL. I led three forty-five minute workshops entitled, “From Trauma to a Life of Thriving”. We dissected the common mats and their misconceptions, leading women to make the decision not to heal, some of which are, but not limited to: blame, too much work, codependency, and waiting on other people to heal first.
