You are enough. Helping Women Reclaim their Power and Identity.

Coaching  |  Speaking  |  Podcast

I help women in toxic relationships reclaim their power and identity so they’ll know they are enough, break unhealthy relationship patterns, build resilience and flourish, and create an empowered new chapter of life.

Katina is a mother, coach, speaker, and podcaster. Her calling in ministry began over 20 years ago, teaching Sunday School and coaching and mentoring youth in the praise dance ministry. Now, she impacts lives by coaching women in toxic relationships. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Management, and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology.

About Me:

I am a mother, life-giving friend, and coach living in the northern Chicagoland area. Teaching Sunday School to children for over ten years helped me to live out my calling, and understand the meaning of coming to Jesus with child-like faith, our hurts, and concerns. Now, instead of children, I get to see and do this with women: Women who are single, divorce, or married, and in toxic relationships impeding their ability to make empowered choices.

Valley of Grace stands for letting women know that they are royalty because of their identity in Christ.  We are enough.  We are worthy because we have already been redeemed through the precious blood of Jesus Christ.  We can put on our crowns because we are daughters of the King.  We can set boundaries because we are royalty, and our status is worth protecting.  Although it may be difficult, we can heal because we believe and take ownership of the abundant life that Jesus has already promised us.  We can grow because of our belief in an abundant mindset and life.  We define success by who we are and what we are worth in Christ; performing our calling in whatever way that it looks like according to God’s will, having healthy, flourishing relationships; and being emotionally, mentally, and spiritually healthy and resilient.

Valley of Grace stands against identities in people, places, or things; being treated as anything less than royalty;  hustling for self-worth and not enoughness mindset; compromising our boundaries.  We stand against scarcity mindset and living.  We do not define success by our socioeconomic status, appearance, or following.

At Valley of Grace, I know that you want a satisfying new chapter of life.

But your satisfying future hinges upon healing from past hurts. Healing brings perspective and resilience. And perspective and resilience helps you in reclaiming your power and identity.

God is a God of new beginnings. It’s not a cliche; it’s a truth you can live by.  You can live the abundant life.

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”

John 10:10

The problem is rooted in your need to fix/control/change the other person.

Whether you are single, divorced, or considering divorce, and trying to figure out how to navigate a toxic relationship, you can’t help but worry about the future. It is easy to doubt yourself and your ability to grow and rebuild.

But here’s what I believe: You don’t have to go from one toxic relationship to the next. You can create a new future with healthy relationships and enjoy an abundant life.

I understand how hard it is to rebuild your life after divorce and trauma. Since 2014, I’ve been on my resilience journey. I finished raising my two kids on my own (I am so proud of the young people they have become). I am the author of nine books on the subjects of healing, trauma, divorce, and rebuilding.

I have a BS in Business Administration and Management and a Masters in Information echnology. While this may appear unrelated to healing and rebuilding, it’s not. The same approach to troubleshooting and building PCs, and creating new software programs can be applied to life.

Here is how I help women rebuild their lives:

In my VG5 Framework of Core Concepts Coaching Program, we identify the sources of your control.  Then, we work on managing your need to control using the same methods that I use as a computer technician:  ATIE-I: analyzing, troubleshooting, implementing, empowering, and impacting.

Once the control is managed, we use the same ATIE-I method to troubleshoot your PC(soul), rebuild your PC(soul), and create new software(your mindset).  Once you complete this 6-month program, you will not only be able to handle the one toxic relationship that you are in; you will possess the skills of empowerment and abundance to impact and resolve every relationship that you engage in on every level.

You got this! Get ready to do the 5:
