Simple 15-Minute Guacamole
(double or triple the recipe if making for a large crowd)
- 6 ripe medium-sized avocados
- 1/2 of a lime
- 1 teaspoons of each of the following: onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, curry, turmeric, parsley, chili powder
- Cut open or peel the avocados with a knife or avocado peeler.
- Throw out the pits and scoop the rest into a bowl.
- Add the lime and the seasonings.
- Garnish the top with parsley.
- Place in the refrigerator so that it can chill.
